Topo maps for mappoint only shows white screen

I recently installed topo maps for MapPoint for business ventures data.  The program only shows a white screen when launched.  What could be the problem?  I have Windows XP 64 bit Sp 2 and Microsoft MapPoint 2011.

Topo maps for mappoint only shows white screen

Hello,

Simply reinstall the Mappoint software on to you computer. It'll work perfectly, Now the system requirements are very minimal, Microsoft XP 64 operating system is more than enough to handle this software,

Microsoft MapPoint 2013 requires:

Windows 7, Windows Vista®, Windows Server® 2008 (32 bit) or Windows XP (32 bit)

1 GB RAM for 32 bit OS,

2 GB RAM for 64 bit OS,

256MB RAM for Windows XP

Available hard-disk space: 2.1 GB For installation: DVD drive or high speed Internet access 1024 X 768 or higher resolution monitor
