Hi Experts,

Tomcat v 7.0 Server has encountered a problem. It says “Installing Software has encountered a problem. Cannot complete the install because one or more require items could not be found”. From the detailed option I tried to find the problem but there is no reasonable answer.

Please help me

Are you trying to install from a cd or a file? If you are trying to setup your tomcat through a cd one of the reason is that the cd can be corrupted or damage. Damage or corrupted cd can result lost in component while installing Tomcat.

If you are installing Tomcat from a file, the reason that it shows an errors is because that the installer or corrupted, It can be corrupted when it did not finish the download of the tomcat installer.
