Gliffy Error: Problem Processing Request

Hi computer friends, I encountered a problem while using Gliffy, while I was using the online application,  message appeared on my screen, "there was a problem processing your request",   I  attached below the complete error message to highlight my post.

 

Error

There was a problem processing your

 request. Make sure you are still online and

try again. Contact support@*****.com if

 the problem persists.

 

This is my first time to use Gliffy, that is I am not familiar with such error message, I already check my internet connection, its up and running, I don't remember doing some setting changes in my browser before this error message came about, I already done restarting my computer, but same error message will occur, please help me with my problem, thanks friends.

When using ***** , this message: “Error. There was a problem processing your request. Make sure you are still online and try again. Contact support@****.com if the problem persists” usually happens when you are trying to save something.

Such error is usually related to Scaffolding Plugin.

Scaffolding Plugin is the plugin that contains macros which allows data being entered into a form. It also allows editing of the specified section on a certain page when you view the page.

To get rid of that error to pop up, you need to upgrade the Scaffolding Plugin to the latest version. Check it out from this site:

Note: There is no need of restarting Confluence after installing.
