There is a problem with my download sample product catalog. After downloading the file from the internet the image was scattered and the information turned into codes which I don’t understand. Maybe it is not compatible with my windows xp operating system. What should I do?

After downloading if image is scattered then that downloaded file is not compatible with that software in which you are trying to open, take downloaded file extension and check in Google which software you need to open or view this file. Second main reason your system is infected.
