Hello experts,

There is a problem in msn webcam nat. I cannot use the webcam for some reason I don’t know why it just pop out and never continue the process to view the webcam screen solution this is always happening every time I tried to open it. I hope you can help me resolve this for me to use it again.

There is a problem in msn webcam nat.

Hello! Good Day!

Is your webcam a built-in (Laptop) or not? And what was the error all about?

Try to check first the connection cable of your if it's connected thru USB. Try reconnecting your webcam. Ofcourse, if it is a built-in cam, you don't have to do that. 

The next best thing to do, is to check it in the device manager to see if it is installed or working properly. On the device manager, right click the device to check its driver. Try to update its driver.

If still fails, remove/uninstall the software and install it again. In most cases, this solves the problem.
