You may try any of the following methods to resolve the issue:

Method 1:

1. Click “Start” button and type “CMD” (without quotes”) in the search box and click “Start Search”.
2. Right click “CMD” from the list and click “Run As”.
3. In the Run As window, choose Administrator and enter the password if prompted to and click “Continue.
4. Type “dcdiag” (without quotes), and then press ENTER.
5. Check whether the issue is resolved.

Method 2:

1. Click “Start” button and type “CMD” (without quotes”) in the search box and click “Start Search”.
2. Right click “CMD” from the list and click “Run As”.
3. In the Run As window, choose Administrator and enter the password if prompted to and click “Continue.
4. Type “Repadmin /bind” (without quotes), and then press ENTER.
5. Check whether the issue is resolved.
