The process of Symantec endpoint protection definition download through console and manually

Symantec endpoint protection or SEP is one of the most effective and reliable
security solutions for the systems or servers in a network. So now to download and update your SEP’s virus definition automatically all you have to do is to select “Run LiveUpdate” option from the common tasks bar at the top-right side of the console UI as shown in the image below:-

After this click on the “Download” button at the bottom of the dialog box that appears next as shown in the image below
