Tell me how to update Dell Music Stage software

I have a Dell laptop, and as you all know, it comes with a Dell Stage application.

The problem is that I don't know why, it stopped working after an update.

I mean it doesn't show songs in library.

So I want you to help me update this software again, and make it work.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have searched online an no solution was found, so can you please tell me how to update Dell Music Stage so it will work again?

Hello Jose,

The most common issue causing the Dell Stage Application to stop working is out of date video drivers.

This sounds exactly like what has happened with your computer.

You should go check the website of your video card manufacturer and download the latest drivers for your card.

If you do not know which video card you have, you can do the following to check.

1. Go to the start menu and select run

2. Type in dxdiag, then go to the Display tab

3. Device Name will list your current video card

After downloading your latest video driver's, I recommend completely uninstalling your current drivers in your Control Panel. You can do this by going into your control panel and selecting Add/Remove Software, then selecting your current Video Card Drivers.

Once that is complete, install the new driver's that you just downloaded.

Restart your computer for the current changes to take effect, then run Dell Stage.

This should resolve your issues.
