Hi,

Have a look at the error message below.

I am receiving the same error message frequently while installing an application.

The same error message is also applicable for uninstalling an application.

I do not understand the message.

Have you any idea for the issue?

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Hi!

Thanks for sharing this problem; I think this will also help others. First of all you need to examine about the literature of your software [Note: read about the system requirements in connection with the operating system] compatibility with the Windows version.

You can precede the matter to update your windows or update your software, first.

Please note down the point wise instructions for updating your windows:-

  1. Click on the START button
  2. Write RUN in the edit field
  3. Press OK button
  4. Write SERVICES.MSC and press OK button
  5. You can see the console box of Windows Local Services
  6. Now, find the check box of Automatic Update and check it ON
  7. You can stop the Automatic Updating Module of Windows Operating System by clicking the STOP button in the same window box.

If the status of the check box in connection with Automatic Updating remains ON, your system will automatically update itself whenever it got an internet connection, but your system speed may be slightly slow down so don’t worry about that.

Good Luck
