Hello, I am using XP operating system and my problem is that when I am starting my system and entering password, the system is displaying an error message, i.e. “The program can’t start because EXPLORERFRAME.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem” and the screen is turned into black. How to recover from this problem? Thank You

Happy to support you!
There are few steps you can follow to solve this issue,
  • First, try running a system restore from WinRe.
  • If the problem still persists, it is advisable to run a SFC scan.

    • Go to Task Manager >> select "Show processes from all users" >> File >> New Task >> check the option "Create this task with administrative privileges" >> Now open the command prompt >> type the command "sfc /scannow" >> after the process is complete, restart the computer
  • Further,  if it is difficult for you to perform the previous step, you can simply use an Automatic Error Fix Tool.
