If you are facing these types of problem you should visit the website of the OS and search your problem. You can also try to set up your windows again and hope this problem will be solved. If you are using windows 7 then you can take information from here in this link.

If you have a problem booting your computer after a system crash, your best option to fixing the booting problem is to boot the machine using the last known good configuration option. Restart your computer then press F8 before the Windows logo appears. In “Advanced Boot Options” screen, scroll down and select “Last known good configuration” then hit Enter to boot.

If this doesn’t work, restart in Safe Mode then uninstall the program you installed. Again, restart your computer then press F8 before the Windows Logo appears. In “Advanced Boot Options” screen, scroll down and select “Safe Mode” then hit Enter to boot. Log in with your administrator account then uninstall the program from the Control Panel. When you are finished, restart your computer and boot normally.
