Swan DVR pro- 1500 4 channel webcam isn’t responding to windows

Hi, I am using Swan DVR pro- 1500 4 channel webcam. Suddenly it stopped responding to windows. I reinstalled it's software, I also reinstalled the windows but the result was "as it is". Is anyone else here who is using this webcam? can anyone solve this problem "Swan DVR pro- 1500 4 channel webcam not responding to windows 7" please?

Swan DVR pro- 1500 4 channel webcam isn’t responding to windows

If it is really a webcam, check if the product supports your operating system. If it doesn’t support Windows 7 and probably requires Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, I’m not sure if it’ll going to work even if you reinstall Microsoft Windows. Go to the manufacturer’s website and try to find a driver that supports Windows 7.

But in case the product really doesn’t support Windows 7, I guess upgrading to the supported operating system would be the solution. If you are referring to the Swann DVR4-1500 Compact D1 4 Channel DVR & Cameras, I don’t think it is a webcam. It is a bullet type CCTV camera that is capable of recording video and monitoring from 4 cameras.
