The chrome won’t minimize due to many reason such as the minimize button won’t be working properly or can either try for downloading the other related apps for the same and it will help to minimize the same too. Also can manually resize the tab so that it is minimize already too and can be reset back as well too defaults too. Below show the supported OS for the same too:
I haven’t encountered this kind of problem yet where a program like Google Chrome won’t minimize even when you click the minimize button on the upper right-most corner of the screen. If you encounter this problem, just uninstall and reinstall the browser to fix it. You won’t lose any bookmarks if the browser is synchronized or logged in with your Google account.
Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo then select Google Chrome among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, exit Revo then install Google Chrome back.
If you haven’t updated Chrome yet, download the latest Google Chrome web browser. Once updated or installed, just log in the browser to your Google account to restore all the bookmarks and plug-ins back.
