Suggest me the best mono Ubuntu eclipse font

Seems like Ubuntu-mono bold font doesn't have the same width as that of normal one. Usually, mono-like fonts have a homogeneous width whatever the font-style. Please suggest me the best mono Ubuntu eclipse font without having such issue.

You can use this Ubuntu Mono font, you can find it here: https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/ubuntu-mono

I used it couple of times and it have no problems like you have. It's free and it comes with 4 styles: bold, italic, bold italic and regular. Also it's made for TrueType format.
