Our company wants to make ID cards for every person of staff. I need to enter data with picture in Access 2010. Which option is helpful to add staff photo database format in Access?

Staff photo database format in MS Access 2010
1. If you have MS Photo Editor then,
-
Click in the picture field.
-
Click the Insert Menu.
-
Click Object.
-
In the dialog box that opens, Click the Create From File button.
-
Click Browse.
-
Click the arrow beside the Look in box, go to the location where the picture is saved.
-
Click Ok, Click Ok to close the dialog box.
2. If you don't have MS PhotoEditor then,
-
Open MS Paint.
-
From the file menu select open.
-
Click the drop down arrow beside the look inbox and go to the place where the picture is located.
-
Double click on the picture to open it.
-
From the Edit Menu click select all, then click copy.
-
Open the Access file and right click in the picture field and select paste.
That is all to add picture in MS Access database.
