Hello Mildred R Luster

"Spotifysetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application" error can be due to the following reasons.

1) Spotifysetup can be corrupt, bad or missing.

If this is the case than again download it and install it.

2) This Spotifysetup version is not designed for the windows version you are using.

The version of your Windows 7 may be is  64 bit. So in that case try Spotify 64 bit setup http://www.x64bitdownload.com/downloads/t-64-bit-spotify-download-nbmblxju.html

3) Spotifysetup may be a virus, worm or other malware.

In this case try downloading it from some trusted site. https://www.spotify.com/us/download/windows/

4) Hardware Incompatibility

It is very rare. If it is the case than contact your PC vendor

I hope this info will help you.

Thanks
