Hi, my system has just gone through a new update in some files and now it shows error code 0x80072f05. I know this code happens due to the corrupt file system but I have just updated everything in my system anyone can tell why is it happening and how can I overcome this?

Yes, you are right this error occurs due to corrupt files. Moreover, it doesn’t matter whether you have made the updates or not, the corrupt files can remain in the system and cause harm to your file system. You can overcome this problem by using your system in admin mode and perform ALL PROGRAMS -> ACCESSORIES -> SYSTEM TOOLS -> SYSTEM RESTORE.

A window will prompt you a message confirming whether you want to restore or not click on continue or next as given for further process. Now it will show you a list of restore options where you have to choose the restore point of your choice but latest one is always recommended now confirm it and restart your computer after the restoration.
