Hello, the error code “E3” in Samsung washer implies that there is too much load inside the washer. Possible reasons behind the error could be one of the following:
- There might be overloading on the motor due to a pile of clothes.
- There is a chance that the hall sensor terminal of the motor is not connected.
- A PBA issue could also be the reason.
- The motor which is driving error from the PBA could be weak as well.
For once, check the display screen by running washer without any load. If the problem persists, call customer care in that case.
