This problem generally occurs when there is too much software loading whenever Windows starts. It can also occur when there are too many junk files present on the system. Follow these steps to solve the problem-

• Press Windows key and X key simultaneously.
• Select, ‘Task Manager.’
• Click on ‘Startup.’
• Right-click on those programs which you want to disable.
