Hey, if you are facing problem with my outlook email won t open then firstly kindly check the web browser is it updated perfectly or not or is it compatible or not and so on. If not updated kindly update the same and then run the outlook and it will work as before. Still facing problem and do the following
• First go to the account. live
• There click on always use HTTP when you get option for sign in to hotmail
• Next click on save
• Restart the system to get the affect and now it will work
