Hi, I have this Hp 8710 OfficeJet Pro printer. When I connect it to my router and try to use it, on the printer, it says that connected but on the computer, it keeps displaying ‘hp 8710 is offline.’ How to fix this error?

It is happening because of some technical fault occurring between two devices that are trying to communicate on the same network. Firstly, do a quick scan on your computer using the security system you are using. Now connect your printer with your router. Now, download HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 Drives.

After this, uninstall the printer from your PC and after that try re-installing it. Do not forget to restart your PC.
