Software of word puzzle solver crashes

I play a lot of word puzzle games on my Windows 8 system.  I downloaded the Crossword Puzzle Solver to help me match the pattern.  The program always crashes when launched.  I'm thinking that it's not compatible with Windows 8.  Any other software of word puzzle solver that you know of?  Thanks.

There are lots of crossword puzzle or any other word puzzle that you can find in the internet, to look for different word puzzle just search it in Google or through your browser. Software of word puzzle solver crashes

Hello,

It seems to be compatibility issue. You can try some basic troubleshooting steps like "Run the program as administrator". 

Right click on the Crossword Puzzle Solver shortcut icon and choose Properties.

Once you click on properties then click on Compatibility.

After clicking on Compatibility, in privilege section, check box labeled "Run this program as administrator"

And then click on OK.
