There is a software from my phone that I would like to remove. I have managed to stop it from operating in the background but I would really like to uninstall it. Can anyone help me with that? I have an android phone and I am currently failing at finding the uninstaller for this particular software. It is a connection optimizer for the HTC one M8
Software not stopping on android despite unistall
One of the best ways to stop the app from running is simply go to 'Setting' then in 'Device' options then 'apps'. Select the app you want to remove. Select the option 'Force Stop' and then 'Disable'. It will not permanently delete the app, but stop it from running on your phone.Â

Another simple option is to hold down the app for 3-4sec options like (Info, remove, uninstall) will appear on your mobile screen. Uninstall it.
