I got the following error message when I tried to open the Autodesk Entertainment Creation Suite 2012.
Need a solution to solve this.
Please help.

The first solution to your problem is:
1. Uninstall the Autodesk software. After removing it, go to C:ProgramDataAutodeskAdlm and delete ProductInformation.pit and CascadeInfo.cas. This will remove all the settings for the software. Then reboot your computer and install it again.
If it does not work,
2. Go to that folder and delete the flex net and try running it again.
Note: When installing the Autodesk, please make sure you have Administrator privilege (your account should be administrator).
Hi Nadiajgoff, Thanks for your sharing its not a major problem do not worry any more its just a missing of some processes
follow the steps and you will soon get out of it,
1. Go to the control panel and uninstall it.
2. Make sure that the all of your file is gone from your computer,
3. Now reinstall it and check for you license if the problem still there then try to run as a administrator form
