Social Networking Sites Problem: Abusive Mails and Postings

Hi Guys,
Please help me on my account with one of the social networking site where recently I received complaints from my friends that they are getting abuse mails and postings on their page by me. I was shocked to hear this since it was more than a month I have logged into my account on the social networking site. But somehow I can understand that it has been attack and its been used to spam and do all illegal stuffs. I am much worried about this where this is the most serious issue .So please anyone here help me with some suggestions to save my account from intruders and also provide me some tips on how to protect  online Entities.

Hi,

 

Social Networking sites now are not secure. Way back 5 years ago when it's 1st introduce on the market. Nowadays, internet intruders continues on Facebook, Twitter etc. Also, online banking are now valuable to intruders. Always secure your profile by alphanumeric character passwords so it won't be manipulated. You must be responsible as a user of your account. With regards to your facebook manipulated account, you don't have any choice, once the intruder started attacking on your system, no matter how much changes you made in your account, PASSWORD resetting, personal info etc. Your account still not safe. I will advise to create your new FaceBook account, your password should be alphanumeric this time and don't forget to log it out once you finish opening your Facebook.
