I heard about the Smart Lookup feature In the new version of Microsoft Word. How is it different from MS Word 2016?

Smart Lookup in the new version of MS WORD 2019.

Help option is back now and I missed it and this is how I can get help while clicking on it there is a little light blue bulb that appears right next to your Help tab. Here I can ask the question. Whether writing an essay or leaving a comment whatever you type in there not only gives you help it will help you with a bunch of available suggestions. It will also give you quick access to a command. Yes, the Smart Lookup feature is in 2016 but it will not allow leaving the word. Suggestions are available in the Microsoft Word 2016 whereas 2019 gave you the full independence to search through online and make the doc even more attractive.

You can directly copy the image or text by right click on any picture > copy image or text > paste directly into the document.

No need to go to Google or Microsoft Edge, you can do it right from the Smart Lookup.
