What are the simplest and detailed steps to follow in order to make a photocopy of a document on A3 paper to a B5 paper? What are the likely or possible mistakes to occur when rendering such services? Is there a special paper you would prefer or recommend for this task? Thank you.

The photocopy of a document on A3 paper can be made print on B5 by reduce/enlarge feature. In this feature, it allows you to increase or decrease the size of image according to the requirement. In this process, you have select reduce/enlarge percentage on the copier control panel. That percentage indicates what type of change do you want in the original image size. So, to make photocopy of A3 on B5, 86% has to be set so that A3 would get converted to B4. Then after getting that, convert B4 to A4 by adjusting percentage to 81%. After obtaining A4 you can easily transform it to B5 by adjusting percentage to 86%. This is one process. The another process of easy and direct conversion is setting the percentage to 61% so that A3 paper can be made print on B5.
