Hello friends,

My operating system is X Snow Lion. I have to install Razer synapse 2.0 for Mouse. I want to ask that can I use this software offline. I want some clarification and working requirements of Razer Synapse 2.0. I visited the website but did not get enough information. I also want to know that this mouse driver is compatible with my operating system or not? Someone told me that am I using this software then may I face kernel errors. I want to know about Razer synapse OSX snow lion. Please let clear should I use it or not? If I have to use it, so how I can avoid kernel errors?

Hi Kimberly,

First of all we need to make sure what version of MAC OS you are using. Since the Synapse 2.0 only supports OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and OS X 10.7 Lion. If you are using one of the two then you can start using Synapse 2.0 without having Kernel errors. And yes, you can use this software offline. What will happen is when you set up a configuration without an internet connection it will save those configurations on your computer. Once you have connected to the internet. It will automatically save your configuration to the cloud server for it to be available online.
