Seesmic- Application download did not succeed

Hi social networking experts, I am posting here an issue, this issue is all  about an error message I received while installing  Seesmic, it will not start downloading the application, and it will generate an error about network problem.

Seesmic- Application download did not succeed. Check your network connection, or contact your system administrator or network service provider. Click to send this error to the deployment server and check for known solutions to the problem.

 

After I read on the error message above, I immediately check my internet connection, and found out that there is no problem, and no firewall restriction what so ever that will restrict my download, I also waited for minutes that the problem might be from the server, but after a long wait, same error I meet in downloading the application, please help me find ways in solving this issue, thanks a lot.

I understood well your marigold and I think that the problem and the solution are in the speed or the debit of your internet connection.
It is true that we like downloading files by internet Word pdf, file wave, and video but sometimes the files which we want to download are very voluminous with regard to the speed of our internet connection, for it when you do not manage to download some file it will display a message which says to you that you have to inform your supplier of internet connection and send the report of error to the server by clicking on OK in the message.

If you are trying to download and install Seesmic, unfortunately, this is no longer possible because there is no more Seesmic. Your download always fails because the server is no longer available. Seesmic was a suite of free mobile, web, and desktop applications which lets users manage user accounts for numerous social media websites simultaneously like Facebook and Twitter.

The program was launched by Loïc Le Meur, a French entrepreneur, in 2008. Seesmic started as a video sharing website which allows publishing of short video comments online. It is billed as a cross between Twitter and YouTube.

In 2009, Le Meur shut down the service because of its inactive user base then re-launched it as a social networking tool that includes a suite of desktop, web, and mobile apps which adds streams from Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites. In 2011, Seesmic was re-launched again after failing to monetize the company and this time as a customer relations management app.

Seesmic was acquired by Hootsuite in September 2012 and at present the Seesmic homepage redirects to hootsuite.com. Check out Hootsuite.
