Hello,

You could try to run Windows in Safe mode (F8 menu during system start), execute the scan from here and to not quarantine, but delete infected files.

On the other side I would not trust such a compromised system any more. They tend to hide some components, which will often trigger virus downloads again.

Instead backup your data (scan it as well), delete the OS volume and reinstall the operating system and the applications.

Best greetings

Hello Olfgun,

The reasons for this error code are the amount of the executable files currently running. In most cases, the best way to resolve issues like these is to ask for help in removing malware by clicking on https://support.microsoft.com/ph/15931 and choose “I think my computer is infected” and select the support you need.

Here are some steps as well to help you rectify this issue: Download Rkill from this link: https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/. Run this and use Malwarebytes full scan: https://www.malwarebytes.com/premium/ and do not restart/reboot. Scan with TdssKiller from this link: https://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/tdsskiller.zip then reboot. Update Windows and IE plug ins such as Adobe Reader 10, Flash Java and Showckwave. Disable System Restore and apply to clear for virus.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Puckett

Hi Olfgun Modinsson

Having a computer virus like that is such a pain in your head. I think you should get a good Antivirus such as Avast, McAfee, etc. then scan your computer in full system scan. Also you can check out another Techyv thread which is addressed your problem. Go this page and get more and more remedy to fix this issue.
