Is it possible for a third party organization to search your calls on Skype and filter keywords for marketing purposes ? I just want to be sure that it is safe to use VoIP on the net.

Yes, it is possible for third party organizations to search your call and chat history. However, Skype doesn't have the ability to delete individual records but you can delete your entire history. There is also a software called "Privacy Controls" to delete your history automatically, just use the software to set the frequency or set it to delete your log after the call.
