Hello experts,

Scrabble cards download file are corrupted. I did my best to download some scrabble cards graphical game but unfortunately when I tried to open the file an unexpected error occurred. My current operating system is windows XP. May I know if there is still a way to solve this issue?

Hi,

Scrabble installation files are corrupted when external hardware affected with malware and it spreads in system so remove all USB and memory cards or external drives first and other thing is check for internet connection of wireless devices off all devices when installing software otherwise you can take customer support help and solve issue.

Hi Timothy,

        We can properly isolate this if this is caused by the downloaded installer or a software. You can try to open the installed application on safe mode, If it opens fine then this is caused by an installed software on your computer, if it did the same thing then it can be a windows file. Check first if the installer works on another computer. There are a lot of solutions you can try, disable start up program would be the first step. Run a repair on the software to rebuild its files.
