Save a snapshot with the report

Hello,

I am using Impromptu v7.0.702.9. It is being connected with database and running the report smoothly. When I am trying save as the report from File->Save as, editing the file name and selecting “Save a snapshot with the report" check box, it shows an error-“. Please tell Microsoft about this problem, Administrator Version has encountered a problem & needs to close”.

Advice from anyone is highly appreciated.

Save a snapshot with the report

Hi casey, I think you need a better available free disc space on your computer to save your snapshots. Delete all the unnecessary save files on your computer. One of the possible problem of saving snapshots is lack of free space on your computer. Other possible error is that your software is corrupted and need to removed and install a new one.

Save a snapshot with the report

 

Hi Cook,

Try reinstalling the software and make sure that you are able to delete the preferences and cache of the application. Most applications provide this option when uninstalling so make sure you uninstall first before you install it gain.

If you do not see any option to delete the preferences and cache during uninstalling, go to drive C > program files and find the folder for the application and delete it. You may also need to do the same in the App Data folder.

Save a snapshot with the report

"Hi Casey Cock,

 

If you are using impromptu v7.0.702 to save a snapshot with report and they an error you can check the file on your snapshots and delete some data to give a space in your disk and to  save a new snapshot, The possible problem is because of they have a no space on your computer so they cannot save your new snapshot and have an error if you have that not use delete them for more space."
