Samsung wave supports many languages, but currently not for Arabic or Urdu, now days Samsung has likely to withdraw full support for its Samsung Wave particularly for BADA OS, since the last and latest update for this OS i.e. BADA 2.0.1 is  about one and half year ago.

On its latest wave model Samsung Wave 3 the languages supports are English, Dutch, French, Italy, Netherlands, Española, Polish, Portuguese, Turkey, Gaeilge and Chinese. Also besides these languages, an automatic selection is also given on restart of mobile phone, which is said to be selecting a language on selection of world time zone according to BADA forum. If the language is built for that time zone and make an update from Samsung for BADA OS then language should be change automatically.

Finally research on the topic concluded that in future Samsung decided for leave BADA OS support and merges its support into its new OS with collaboration with Intel TIZEN according to this link.
