Samsung Galaxy S3 light problem

The light on my Samsung Galaxy S3 will dimmed in the internet app. I've tried to adjust the color to standard settings, but it goes back after I close the app. So I have to change it every time I open the internet app. Any suggestions please.

Samsung Galaxy S3 light problem

Hello Angela,

You will need to check if you have any applications on the Samsung Galaxy S3 that can be able to modify the LED light. For instance, you can choose to set the color to something like purple in the messaging program that you are using.

Another option will be to restore the factory settings of the phone. Although you have tried that already, I will suggest that you try again, and this time rounds make sure that you shut down the phone and then restart it after sometime so that the settings can have some time to take effect.
