For the Samsung Galaxy s3, it has a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED Gorilla Glass 2, 1280 x 720 pixels display,
1 gb RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Processor @ 1.5GHz , 8MP camera and with a secondary camera of 1.9 megapixels
For a clearer and beautiful photo shoot and video recording. Â It has an internal memory from 16 gb to 64 gb depending on the unit purchased but the memory can be expanded up to 64 gb. The phone runs in an operating system of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich which is the latest from Android. They have the S Voice (compared to iPhone 4s which is their Siri)
And S Beam for transferring files from the unit to other phones.
