The latest edition of Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is the 2014 edition which is available as Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 SM-P600 Wi-Fi, Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 SM-P601 3G, Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 SM-P605 3G+LTE, and SM-P600 model which has no support for GSM voice communication, SMS, and MMS. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition supports 2G, 3G, and 4G networks and uses a micro-SIM card with S Pen stylus.

It was announced on September 2013 and released on October 2013. It measures 243.1 x 171.4 x 7.9 millimeters and weighs 540 grams. It has a super clear LCD capacitive touchscreen display with 16M colors at 2560 x 1600 pixels screen resolution. It supports multi-touch up to 10 fingers with Samsung TouchWiz UI.

It runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean upgradable to Android 4.4.2 KitKat powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset, Quad Core 2.3 GHz Krait 400 [LTE model] / Quad Core 1.9 GHz Cortex-A15 & Quad Core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 [3G model] processor, and Adreno 330 [LTE model] GPU. The secondary camera supports 2 megapixels and can record video in 1080p at 30 fps.
