Samsung Cannot Connect To PCStudio

Hello, I have this problem:

I could connect my Samsung phone to the Windows XP system through Samsung’s PC studio, and I could add ringtones in my phone. I have migrated to Windows 7 and installed the latest version of Samsung’s PC studio. I have also installed phone drivers. But it is not able to connect to the PC studio. What is to be done to connect to PC studio?

If anybody knows the solution to this, please help me. Thanks in advance.

try updating your drivers. and make sure your phone is in the pc suite mode when you plugged your usb in. hope it works

If you have installed the correct version of the software that is compatible with your present operating system, Windows 7, then there would be no problem. If the system can’t recognize your phone or can’t detect anything and you are using a USB cable to connect the device to your PC, try transferring your cable to a different USB port on your CPU.

If this doesn’t fix the problem, try doing another clean installation on the software to restore it to its default configuration and remove any corrupted files that may be present in the system. Uninstall your phone’s computer software then restart your machine when asked. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostic test on your machine, use a disk utility application like PC Tools Performance Toolkit. Install the software again then check if this fixes the problem.
