Revit 2012 Project Neon Rendering Server Error Message

Do any of you experience the following error message while trying to render with Project Neon for Revit 2012?

The error message says, “A problem occurred.

The rendering service could not complete your request. <An authentication error occurred.>”

Please help me on this issue.

Revit 2012 Project Neon Rendering Server Error Message

If this is a new installation of your application, try restarting your computer and then try it again. Sometimes newly installed applications are not yet fully functional until the system has rebooted. They need to update the computer’s system first to function normally.

If it still doesn’t work after rebooting your machine, try doing a clean installation of the program again. It’s possible that some of its components got corrupted and failed to load that caused this error to appear.

Uninstall the program then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities, or Norton SystemWorks.

Install the program again after this and then test it if it’ll work.
