The latest version, Emsisoft Emergency Kit 2.0 FINAL is a good one. Is there any problem if it is used with AVG antivirus securities?

Review Emsisoft Emergency Kit 2.0 FINAL

I think this is not actually an antivirus program. It is only a set of tools or collection of tools that will help you in cleaning up an already infected computer. I don’t see any problem why you can not use it together with your AVG antivirus.

You can try it on your computer if your machine is already running with AVG antivirus to really check if there will be no conflict between these applications.

If ever you find some problems while using it together with your AVG antivirus, you should disable your antivirus first before using Emsisoft Emergency Kit.
