Reverting color box function in Lotus 1-2-3

I am using Lotus 1-2-3 installed on a server. I can be able to change the colors but now when I clicked on the color box, there is no color to select. The color box appears to be empty. The computers in my network are running Windows XP SP2 and the server works with Windows 2000. The version of the Lotus I am using is an older version. How can I revert the color box function?

Reverting color box function in Lotus 1-2-3

Hi,

Before some months I also used Lotus 123. This problem is not usual problem. It is functional problem for Lotus 123. So check all functional issues before take any action. But remember that, Lotus 5 does not display color picker box or colors. Also you can try via left arrow and right arrow from color dropdown menu. And check it will appear. If it is not appearing then uninstall it first and then reinstall it. It is very easy solution. So you can follow it.

Also please change your older version and quickly upgrade to new version. Because older version have no this color benefit for log time. So upgrade and enjoy using.
