Restrict ISA Server Users for Bandwidth Usage

Hello Experts!  Can I just ask if I can restrict the users of ISA Server 2004 for using bandwidth? Any ideas?

Restrict ISA Server Users for Bandwidth Usage

For sure you can be able to restrict the users of ISA server that you are using to use limited bandwidth. You can do that by placing restrictions of the file size can be downloaded in the hyper text transmission protocol, and also you can do that by the use of the file transfer protocol option. What you will need to restrict the bandwidth is to define that payload length that is to be downloaded or uploaded by the users, for instance you can set the payload to by 3 megabytes. But when it comes to browsing the internet sites, then you will not be able to place restrictions on the bandwidth usage.
