Theres an app on my Samsung Galxy Mini 2 called Chaton. I have never used it but keep getting messages which are very annoying at times. How can I remove this app from my set? Even if it is preloaded, can I still remove it? How?

The steps to remove the Chaton from Samsung Galaxy S4 are as follows:
1) Click 'Apps' on the screen of Samsung Galaxy S4 device
2) Click on 'Settings', Select 'Accounts' option
3) Click 'Chaton' app from the list
4) Click on the 'Account ID' and select it
5) Click 'Remove Account' button to delete the account from the list
6) The confirmation dialog box will open, Click 'Remove account' button
7) Restart the device after the app is deleted
