I had trouble in installing Fax Server for our Outlook clients.Â
I cannot simply resolve this error message that popped during installation.Â
I know it’s just a mere installation of the driver, right?
Well, I might have missed a an important step during the installation.Â
Please give correct steps.Â

As I checked on your issue, I found 2 possible solutions for this.
One solution for this is to right click "My Computer" on the Start menu or "My Computer" on your desktop and click "Properties"Â >Â Click Advanced > Click Environment Variables > Choose "Path" under System variables > click Edit > Add "%SystemRoot%System32Wbem in the text box "Variable Value"> click OK.
RESTART your computer and Install Fax Server again.
Another solution for this is
Check if "framedyn.dll is available in your system. You can do this by going to Start>>Search>>type framedyn.dll
If not you need to copy framedyn.dll to this path: Windowssystem32dllcacheframedyn.dll
Click Start > Run > type %SystemRoot%system32wbem  > click OK.
On System Properties window, click Advanced Tab > Click Environment Variables button > Right click "framedyn.dll in folder wbem and select Properties. If the file size is not 185,856 bytes > click Start > Run > type %SystemRoot%system32dllcache>>Click OK>>copy "framedyn.dll in folder dllcache to folder wbem and replace the original.
