Hi,

  • First restart your computer and uninstall the Net frame.
  • Click on “start” then “settings” then “control panel” and then “Add Remove Program”.
  • After that install the quickbooks again. If the same problem occurred then download the QBInstalltool.exe file to solve this problem after downloading double click on the file to run the tool.

Had you checked the installation requirements for .NET?

Is it compatible for that or not. Is this okay then there might be some file corrupt of .NET which is causing the failure of installation. But as you said that you also tried from another source and same problem is there.

Then there might be a problem with windows files. Maybe some files are corrupt or there is some kind of virus inside your system.

First get there good and registered Anti-virus and scan your computer and then try to download it from the good or official website and also make sure the version is fully updated.

When you download the .NET then go to

Start>Control Panel > Add/Remove and remove the previous .NET or replace it with newer one.

And then restart your system and reinstall the downloaded .NET. If there is a trouble then you restart your PC and go to safe mode instead of normal mode and install it there.

That won't be a problem.

Hope is works.

Have a Good Day Dinacallway!!
