Question regarding the RSA SNMP Plugin

Hi, I need some advice from those very experienced with this RSA SNMP plugin. I am currently using on SecurID 6.1 and it seems it is not working on this. Whenever the templates are imported, there are no data written or seen. Can anyone suggest any workaround to modify the templates? Thanks.

Question regarding the RSA SNMP Plugin

Hi Helenmarmstead!

You can do the base configuration and Set up the initial license file, This a very important step.

You should have the IP address in the DNS with a matching hostname (i.e.. rsaappliance.tested.local).

You should use the same NTP servers that you're using for your Active Directory domain controllers.

Now you require to use the operations-console.

You can use this link: (URL not to be clicked rather open within the APP)

Under the Admin Console > Deployment Configuration > Identity Sources > Add New >

You will provide the identity Source Name: a descriptive name.
