I want to know how to open encrypted mail in Outlook on my PC. I have started receiving some encrypted mail from my office and I can’t figure out how to open it. Please help me.

To open an encrypted mail in Outlook-

  1. Save the attachment as per instructions in the email message
  2. Open the file you saved and then sign in using your Outlook account
  3. The computer verified whether the email address to which the message was sent is same as the one which was used to sign in.

After that you can view the encrypted mails.
