Hello all experts,

I have some queries regarding Ms Sharepoint 2010 tracking.

1.     In my custom workflow I would like it to be marked it completed when it is successfully completed by the end user.

2.     How can I track if a particular user accessed a document three times a day.

Kindly help me.

Queries regarding Ms Sharepoint 2010 Tracking

Hello Willium,

Every categories will have their own specific columns and need to be in their own list. You can apply this steps to solve your problem.

Step 1
You can create simply  a few workflows that will run on each list that would copy the assignment changes of the associated asset list to the Staff.
Option 2
The other option is to have 1 WF on the Staff list that would copy any changes to the associated asset list.
