Purchased IDM license but Fake Serial Error

Hi, I am from US. I have purchased IDM for one year by Paying through Credit Card. But just after one month of usage it shows 'Registered with Fake Serial Number IDM is Exiting'. I have 1 year subscription but what the hell is happening with me. How can it say that Fake Serial Number in just 1 month. I have also contacted them but they say they can't help it. Please Help.

I guess you must have accidentally purchased the registration from a fake distributor of Internet Download Manager. This wouldn’t happen if the buying process was done from its official website, Internet Download Manager Official Website. The application won’t lie to you if you really have registered it with a genuine license code and the developer will also not help you fix this problem because you used a fake license code in the first place.

Next time, before purchasing a software on the internet, make sure you are on the legitimate website. You can do a little search on Google maybe, about the application you want to purchase before you actually buy it. This way, you will learn the product’s official website. And before you buy it, always do the transaction on the official website.

I guess there’s no way you can ask for a refund if that’s what you are asking or maybe request for a new license code for the application. They will never give it to you. The only way you can restore the program is to register the product again but make sure to do it on the official website.
