Problems during the working of Inland Mouse with Inventor 5.3

Dear All,

I procrued an Inland rf 5 button mouse to use for the F4 rotate and F5 view return.  The three programmable buttons work in LT and other Programs, but not working in Inventor 5.3.  When I discussed the same with vendor, he suggested that it might be due to the problem in Inventor. 

Kindly note that I have already installed the latest driver for the mouse and it is working very efficiently for other softwares.

Can any one guide me to resolve this proble?

Hello peter, my friend your vendor gave you a nice suggestion and you must check again your inventor because sometimes we don’t know that there is a problem of driver or the device. So you must keep yourself satisfied with the inventor side and then you also use a good antivirus because some of the virus is not allowed some devices to perform their functions and I suggest you to also update your driver only by seeing the requirements of that mouse device.

 I mean to say that some time we update or install new drivers but that driver doesn’t support that machine or device.

So also check it out and then fix that problem.
